Yes. Any WPT device that emits radio frequency (RF) is required to be certified by the Ministry of Communication and Digital Affairs (KOMDIGI) under Regulation No. 46 of 2025Β  Regarding Radio Frequency Spectrum Based on Class Permits and Technical Standards for Wireless Power Transmission.Β 

WPT Certification Requirements

  4. Local Representative
    • Only registered Indonesian companies can apply for the certificate.
